ive been taking a calcium supplement since i dont eat dairy .. an i wanted to start taking ZMA an i read that if u take calcium with it.. that the calcium will block the absorption of zma... im just wondering is there anything else calcium blocks.. how about absorption of protein?
also, zma will be taken before bed and for my last meal of the day i have cottage cheese.. this obviously has calcium in it.. would i have to stop eating the cottage cheese?
