whats the dextrose for, PWO? If so, drop the flax.
Bad shake you got here. Don't mix carbs and fats if you can so drop the flax oil. Also depending the time of day choose which carb source you want to use. PWO should be dextrose and protein. Pre-WO should be protein w/ a low GI carb, either maltodextrin or oatmeal. Morning should be low GI carbs. Beofre bed should be flax oil with protein. It all depends on the time of day.
