Caffeine pills make me happy

Whenever I take 200mg caffeine pills about 10 minutes later I get extremely happy.. Just makes me have a life is f'in good feeling.. Very similar to what I felt when I took ALCAR. Anyone else get this effect? How does caffeine do this?

It's a stimulant. It should increase your alertness and alter dopamine levels. The dopamine levels are what i would suspect to be the cause of this feeling.

I believe caffiene has a small affect on dopamine. But it is small, you must be stimulant sensitive.

It has a similar effect on me. Although I get my caffeine through coffee (I just love coffee)!!

I hate coffee if I have to use caffeine as a stimulant I make my own pills...lol

How do you change the title under your name?

What's weird is that I don't get wired or hyper, I just get very happy.. Unless I take 3 pills in a short period of time in which case I get a little nervous. On occasion I take in around 1.5 grams a day (finals) and feel pretty normal.

i get the happy feeling also. i have 160mg pills and one every 4 hours seems do the trick. when ephedra was still available i was taking the ripped fuel. that would make me the happiest person you would ever meet. how i miss that stuff.
