Does NO2 really work
there is soo much contreversy over this supplement. Some people claim it works others say it only has effects because of the placebo effect. I personally have tried it and have not been satisfied with the results. I would appreciate any thoughts and comments on this.

It works, for better pumps. But it won't increase mass or strength on its own.

In conjunction with creatine it is great. Just plain A AKG on its own is not anything to write home about.

This is the supplement forum. Why use this supplement when you can use this steroid , can be said all day long. But people who come to this forum are looking to talk about supplements, not AAS. Also depending on your goals test wouldn't necessarily be better, as it will shut down your hpta and arginine (and its derivatives) will not supress your hpta.
