    glutamine; set the record straight

    is the glutamine in protein powder the same as glutamine supplement.. i use optimum whey .

    Most protein powders have either l-glutamine or glutamic acid, some have glutamine peptides. Glutamine peptides are what you want, they have a higher bioavailability percentage than other forms of glutamine.
