Do I need more supp?!!
2 scoops of nitro tech w/ 8oz skim milk (morning)
4 tablespoons of amino 2222 (dietary sup)also has 34 grams of protien 2 times a day(morning,lunch) and also before ond after workout
2 scoops of nitro tech W/8oz skim milk(before workout)

i want to gain some lean mass. Im not entering any compititions or anything. But I am looking for big results definition,and overall strength.
Im 5'8" and 155 dont know my bf%.
