3 months ago I stacked Betalin, Nitrix, and Lean Dessert Protein (all from BSN). I have to say i was impressed. My body fat percentage went 2% and I gained 9 pounds all in 5 weeks. Hard 2 believe huh! After the 5th week i had to stop( issues). I start back up monday and ill keep yall posted.
