thanks. I just did some research on it and it is found in fish, meat, beans, and dairy. Come to find out your body is so abundent with it that you cant even get rid of it. But hey thanks for your replies. I know yall know alot more than i do. And it is in my protein. It just doesnt say how much of it is in there, but im sure it is enough.

Glutamine is a protein your body can synthesize on its own as well.

What type of protien do you use? I think it should be about 3.5 g's per serving

take isopure or mega isolate... just take 100% whey isolate... and mix in 75 g. of sugar or a high g.i. carb such as dextrose or maltodextrin... dont waste ur money on glutamine... it is the most abundant amino acid in ur skeletal muscle... you can make it on ur own and there is lots in ur food... worry more about the BCAA and arginine contents in ur protein...

BCAA= branched chain amino acids... leucine isoluecine and valine... u can get BCAA powder offline for cheap... google search sci fit nutrition's bcaa powder... take 5 g pre and post workout with ur protein shakes...
argenine is an amino acid that turns into no2... high no2 levels are very good because they dilate blood vessels causing more blood to flow to the muscles...

IMO, glutamine is a waist, that is unless your getting it from your protien drinks and your diet.

IMO there is no need to supplement with glutamine capsules or powder. You get more than enough from your diet and protein powder, and your body can synthesize it on its own. I would make sure i get enough essential amino acids, these are the aminos the human body can not synthesize on its own.
