for PWO, any dextrose will do. You can buy it in bulk from a number of supplement stores online.

Just plain dextrose is what you want, bro. You can get it at a health food store or online. I use ************* and kent nutrition.

yup, just buy plain dex, get some whey protein and mix for PWO. i do 50g/50g whey/dex, but some people suggest 50g/100g whey/dex. i've been doing the 50/50 for about a year with great results. it's up to the user. 50/100 is way too sweet for me. almost made me puke.
