ok, was checking on the Met-Rx web site and came across some of their protein powders. a little confused about what's what and the difference between them all......

they have protein plus - regular, soy, and whey. i can see the soy doesn't have as much protein as the other two. i see whey has more fat. is there some other significant difference? does one absorb quicker / act different in the body / taste different ?
