    Do you guys drink Smoothies from Smoothie King?

    Hey guys, I love Smoothies, I was curious what are you guys favorite smoothie, if any of you guys drink those?
    My fav is the Strawberry Activator and the Hulk.
    The Hulk has alot of fat and carbs and calories, but is full of protein and damn good.
    Activator has alot of protein and low carbs as well as calories, but doesn't taste as good.
    What do you guys like?

    C'mon guys, everyone knows the proper way to eat white castles is at 2 in the morning when your drunk as a skunk, and they always put them in the best/safest neighborhoods. BTW I fucking LOVE smoothies!

    I get a protein smoothie at the Fitness USA next door to my gym after every workout. I get the "Gus's special" (He's the owner)....banana, strawberry and mango nectar, 50 grams of whey isolate, 10 g of L-Glutamine.

    out here in arizona we have jamba juice, which is pretty good...they have one called the protein berry pizazz, which is like 640 calories, 40% of your daily carbs, and 28 grams of protein...tastes pretty damn good too!

    guys, just to let you know. Most of those smoothies have turbinado in them. Straight sugar. You have no idea how many calories you are getting from the sugar in that drink. Ask them next time if they add turbinado.

    Thanks for letting us know that oh wise one jason, I will be sure and ask them that. I noticed they have a hell of alot of carbs in them. WEll most of them anyways. Thanks for the info Jay.

    Smoothie King's smoothies are awesome, but as a college student I can't afford to spend $5-7 on a smoothie when I can't get a footlong sub for the same dollar amount. Just my $.02.

    I don't drink those things anymore. Just the name of them turns me off - cause I don't want to be a Smoothie, Smoothies make you smooth! They're loaded with sugar. Talk about insulin rush. I didn't say they didn't taste damn good though.
