Im down nearly 11lbs over the last 4 wks and counting, my overall body fat has reduced greatly also. My lifts are getting stronger w/ every workout (atleast one more rep or more weight). Im not necessarly doing a cutting diet, but I have been eating right and lifting my azz off. Im finally back to getting 225 (bench) for 12 reps. This is the first time I have been able to lift that much since I was one cycle. Feeling great!
