i wanna get cut up for the summer. i have been dietin better and doin cardio and wanted to know if those over the counter fat burners and **** work and if its worth it thanks

They are not magic, but they will help if diet and training are in check. My girlfriend is having good results with HEAT stack by Avant LAbs, and she is a non responder to most things.

You can buy caffiene and effedrine at the atomic nutrition website for like $15 and make your own ECA stack. That's what I'm doing.
