    Arrow weight loss

    hey everyone whats a good weight loss supplimemt... ephedra or ephedra free.... if containing ephedra where do i get it from....... thanks

    Make your own ECA or ECY stack:

    ECA= Ephedrine HCL 25mg, Caffeine 200mg, Aspirin 60-80mg

    Same for ECY instead of Aspirin, add Yohimbine.
