    Question KEEPING SIZE NATURALy??

    Is the any good supplements fer keeping your gains naturaly while not working out as much and on a lower cal/pro diet???????

    I since read that is in effective but I think it clearly is a suppliment I notice gains from when I cycle it with my training.

    i have been training naturally forever and all i've done is lots of protein and glutamine remember adding stuff like creatine is not so bad either.

    glutamine... if you take plain old L-glutamine, take it on an empty stomach (otherwise it will be wasted)... if you spend the cash for glutamine peptides (which i do when cutting) then you just mix in 5 grams with a morning protein shake and another 5 grams with your post workout shake or right before bed shake, DO NOT try taking the peptides in water without added protein, it will make you gag.

    you may want to up those doses depending on your current size (bodyweight) and how you are dieting.

    taking it on an empty stomach is right but the shake thing is not becuase then it wont be an empty stomach bro just plain water works best...
