    what is the best brand to get and since it doesnt cause bloat can it be used in a cutting phase?

    There is no best brand really. The ones with COAs and/or asssay that I know of are (I swear Ive posted this 4-5 times) VPX, trueprotein, 1Fast400, BSN, and Dymatize.
