Recently i got some bloodwork and my iron was ridiculously depleted, so low it was undetectable! The doctor thinks a roundworm infection is a real possibility. hopefully that is the reason why my weight gains have been so very little, im about 5'10 160lbs, train hard and have a very good diet. what are the benefits of iron extatly? i have heard that good levels are very benificial to muscle building.
