    Arebcaa Powders Worth Anything?

    I TAKE ABOUT 2 PROTEIN SHAKES A DAY IS A BCAA POWDER DO ANYTHING?.....WILL IT HAVE ANY POSSITIVE AFECTS??

    you should take in about 30-35 grams of protein every 3-4 hours all day long, and for sure right before bed. Do not just take a shake without also eating some carbs to go along with it, the amount of carbs depends on lots of things like your diet/goals, etc... the idea is to allow a constant supply of protein to your body so that it can repair the muscles that were broken down during the previous day(s) during your workout(s).

    DO BCAA POWDERS HELP THO? WOULD THEY GIVE ME ANY BENEFITS.....I COULDUNT FIND THAT POST YOU SAID EITHER.........I ONLY FOUND ONES THAT HAVE THE WORD PROTEIN IN IT NONE TOO USEFUL

    On the back it says 4 caps 30 mins before a workout and 4 30 mins afterwards. On off days i still try to take about 6 caps
