ECA on weeks off of Clen????

I am currently taking Clen and ECA 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

On my off weeks of clen how many times a day should I be taking ECA

Ephedrine 25mg
Caff. 200mg

I am currently taking it 2 times a day..should I up it to 3 times?
