I've read a lot of good things about it. Of course everything I read was written by MHP. Let us know how it turns out.
(Please tell me you bought it from AllSportsNutrition.com. I hope you didn't get ripped off.)

Yes!!!!
We've found an OTC supp that actually works!!!!! Ya i know, we all knew creatine worked before, but I never gave any kind I tried 5 stars. Maybe 2 stars if that. "Hey bloatface, 75g of sugar is more than two candy bars, Get on Trac, get Trac creatine by MHP"(IFBB pro Mike Morris speaks out)

no sugar and its got a lemon lime taste to it...the only downfall...is that it doesnt mix all that great.
im guessing its because of its time relesased formula.
i could be wrong...someone else get on it and lemme know if they like it!

No...
I was talking about their ad that they have, saying that THEY have NO sugar, and talking shit about OTHER companies having too much sugar. Check out a MD, Flex, or Ironman, flip through, and i swear you'll see the ad im talking about.

Yeah, I went thru a bottle of TRAC and really liked it as well. Definitely works.
Here's why I like this product:
If you are like me and try to workout first thing in the am on an empty stomach, but you want the benefits of creatine without having to use a buch of sugar and calories to load it into your muscle, BINGO youve got your product.
I saw some outstanding gains while staying quite lean taking 5 g of TRAC with my ECA b4 workout followed by another 5g of regular micronized with my post workout shake.
TRAC is definitely a great product - the only worthwhile product from MHP in my opinion.
