Clen help

Okay so i'm ready to run a cycle of clen and i read the information on how long, using Benadryl etc ... so I think i'm all set. I bought my clen from AR-R however I have one question. How do I measure the dosage from this? It looks like a pump! I thought I would get one of those syringe like things I did with my Nolva and Clomid to give me accuracy. Anyone wanna help out?!??!?!
