Need some info on this Nitrox stuff.

Ok, I was at a supplement store and this guy sold me some stuff called Nitrox by SCI-FIT. The supplement facts are as is:
AKG (alpha-ketoglutarate and pH controlled delivery). serving size 3 tablets. 3500mg a tab.

Now the guy told me that it is a must to have this, well ofcourse he probably thought I should have boughten everything in his store. He told me that this product gets your blood flowing to the area of your body that you are working out faster, which helps I guess. What do you guys think??? It is a must have supplement or I did I just waste my money. The reason why I ask now is because I am out and didn't really feel to much of difference when I was taking it but I guess it could have been helping me. Should I buy more???????

It will help with vasodilation. It will not however increase strength or muscle mass. IMO its a waste of money. Although AAKG is a better waste of money than L-arginine.

BTW, don't trust the people who work in the supplement stores. They will tell you whatever they have to in order for you to buy a product and put more money in their pockets.

Nitrox is a knock off try to find another NO supplement. I take Nitrix(from bsn) and gained 10 ponds in about two weeks.
