625mg so 8 pills X's 625mg is 5000mg or 5g's

then you figure theres 100 pills / 8 pills aday = 12.5 days (how long a bottle will last)

im not sure how much it is per bottle but your looking at 3 bottles to get one month .

Not worth it when there are trib products out by trueprotein.com and vitrix by nutrex which crush it when it comes to potency. TrueProtein's version is the best value IMHO.
