ECY and diuretics?

is a bad idea to take together if not, how long should i take a product like taraxatone? (only doint a 2 week ECY stack)

ECY is bad enough when it comes to risks, adding a diuretic would put at great risk for BP issues and various other health issues. Keeping in mind that the people who did die from ephedrine, had issues with lack of hydration during exercise. So adding a diuretic to ECY is one of the last things you would want to do.

A diuretic won't help you lose fat at all. Its a diuretic, it will help you shed water weight. This will not be permanent either, and each subsequent use of taraxatone decreases the effectiveness of the drug itself.

Clearly ECY would be more effective at lypolysis.

Yep, a diuretic is just cosmetic. It will do nothing for actual fat loss.

use together is likely to cause elecrolyte imbalance and dehydration. extreme care should be taken when mixing stimulants and diuretics

Im glad i came across this post. I am on my cutting cycle right now and next week i will start my ECY stack. Right after the last day of the cycle i was goin to use diretics would this be a good idea? If not how long should you wait until after you use them

I personally don't understand the reasoning for using diuretics unless your nearing a competion very soon. Its only water weight, and not worth the possible health complications IMO. Just use fat burners, drop the diuretics.

Diuretics are temporary cosmetics. There is no point unless your competing. Try drinking more water.
