Gotta give props to Swole and the other bros who suggested ATW orange blend. Received mine yesterday and it is like sucking down liquid candy. I could drink the whole five pound tub in one sitting. Anyway, just wanted to pass the word. Cheap and very good with water and dex.

I personally have tried both the orange and strawberry flavors. The orange is good, but the strawberry IMO is even tastier. And either flavor with dextrose really is like liquid candy. And the price is one of the most competitive i have seen, especially the blend.

hey bros i am looking into getting the isolate from alltheway for pwo, but what would be a better choice for a protein to use during the day and at night b/c i dont see any casein from all the whey

I would get some micellar casein somewhere else. But if you really want to use something from ATW, you could just use the blend and throw in some EFA's. But IMO a blend of proteins would be best for before bed, micellar casein being a major component.
