Its just Tricreatine malate and a few amino's. Nothing too special IMHO. I would rather get some CEE or something else for the 40$ your gonna spend on 50 servings of this stuff.

The new Dymatize Expand has CEE in it. I liked it as an NO/Creatine product. It is a bit pricey though. If your on a budget, buy bulk CEE.

CEE is good stuff. Strength and pumps in the gym are significantly increasing for me. I needed it too since I havent cycled for about a year now.

so if it has 4g per serving (it says the 4g is made up pf creatine ethyl ester malate, and tricreatine malate, is this what all CEE is made up of?) then this Dymatize Xpand would be just as good as straight CEE because i get this stuff at cost...???

It probaly has 2g of dicreatine malate, and 2g of CEE, to be honest, Im not sure why they combine the two.

IMO they should just put 4 grams of CEE in there and drop the dicreatine malate.

I guess it is just a cost cutting measure.

If i ever had a supplement company i would pride myself on the best products and not cut corners with crappy ingredients. Some companies need to learn that word of mouth is a good way to sell supplements, instead of trying to scam people.

so dicreatine malate is basically a pointless supplement...?

Not pointless, but not as effective IMO as CEE.

Iv tried Dymatize Xpand, and currently been taking it for about 2 weeks now. There is now bloat and when I take it post workout i become straight swole after a few heavy sets especially on arm day (shyt make you feel like Herculeus). The pump is very similiar to creatine but as I said no bloat what so ever, and there is no need to take another serving after your workout because once your pump is gone its gone and its just a waste to take it again. Also you dont gain wait off of No2 crap its just for better pumps.

Ehhh no not really but the pump is insane and it makes me lift harder because of being so pumped it feels like "I'm cumming"...Like Arnold said

-

You should notice it from the first workout.
-
03-20-2005, 10:38 PM #21

-
03-20-2005, 11:20 PM #22
Yes, you take it pre workout

Yea take it for 30 min before workout after a few heavy sets you'll be straight pumped...
