Blech, what's a good CREATINE
Im having a hard time with creatine's flavor and consistency. i started with GNC's stuff, which was horrible, and CellTech's stuff, which was equally horrible. Does anyone know a good creatine that A) I won't waste my money throwing up, and B) Isn't too noticeable when i mix it in my drink.
Thanks

?? I can't even taste my creatine. It's tasteless. Just stop buying flavored creatine.

If you cant stand any of the flavs. Just by some monohydrate powder, and mix it with some grape juice, or gatorade.

Any celltech I have ever seen is flavored. If you throw up from that, you obviously have a weak stomach, I think you should look into some CEE and cap it yourself. That way you save a **** load of money, and just swallow pills.

I've used GNCs in the past, tasteless and works if you use it right. Mix it with simple sugars. Stay clear of any muscle-tech junk.
