Ok, I have just been told that all my stomach issues is due to a allergy to the whey in the protien shakes that I make MANY times a day. What is another good protien that is NOT whey? I havent the clue where to go from here, please help!

Whey isolate instead of whey concentrate.
Try to get lactate and aspartame free whey isolate.
