    what would be better for a photo shoot?

    using taraxatone or drinking 2+gallons or both of water a day for 3 days? also after getting off taraxatone will you bloat worse that what you were before(after the photo shoot i will be at the beach for a week)?

    while on the 10days of taraxatone what should water intake be? And what about other duietics like coffee or green tea should those be cut out as well?

    Id drink a gallon a day. I think 10 days is pushing it. You should only need 2 days or so.
