I was talking with a guy at the gym.
He said this would be a good cycle:
week 1-6 75mg m-dht (methyl jacked)
week 1-2 24mg mohn
week 3-6 400-500mg 4ad
He did the same and got good results. But I know that doesn't mean much at all.
btw:I am cutting right now, weigh 235 5'8
