Hey guys I have been looking for a really good supplement that will give me alot of energy or get me really pumped up to go out and lift? Is there anything you have taken that I might want to get, or something really bad I don't need to waste my time on? Any advice is greatly welcome Thanks!:)

Ultimate orange or Punch is a phukin grenade in a can. It has been discontinued but there still seems to be alot out there. Universal Nutrition has Red Rage & Orange Rage which is their version of the 2. Right now I just pop open 2 caps of Thermadren & swallow the powde with water. INSTANT rush!!!

make sure you use the recomended dose if you use ultimate orange i made the mistake of taking it 1 hour befor my work out (i was working out at 6pm at the time) and then drinking it during my workout, i could not figure out why i was not falling asleep till 1-2am when my normal bed time was 10-11pm
i was bouncing off the walls :D the stuff does work

But - what works for me are the ECA stacks. By the time I hit the gym, my blood is already pumping and I totally get off on the cardio! The sweat drips off my face and I'm still wanting to go more and more ....

i have taken all that kinda stuff before ultimate orange, ripped fuel,xenadrine..etc but nothin has worked as good as Dymetadrine Xtreme from AST all u need is 2 pills about an hour before u work out and youll have so much energy and intensity youll think u can work out for hours, it wont leave u jittery either and youll be able to fall asleep at night.
ultimate orange had me all wired....i do not recommend taking more than the dosage it says..trust me on this one
