i use to take tribulus before i got a tip at the gym that zma would be a better supplementto take. i was wondering what some of you though about that. do they even do the same thing? is one really better than the other?

ZMA provides the substrates for Testosterone production, if you are deficient. Most are not. In the vast majority of people, Tribulus is a better Testosterone boosting supplement.
I prefere ZMA.
all zma did for me was give me the runs.. lol!!
but thats just me. I wish i could have tolerated it though, cuz i wanted to stack it with trib and see what kind of results i got. Ah well...

im stacking trib with zma and 6oxo ill let ya know how it works
i didn't loose a pound on my lifts after a cycle only taking ZMA by Cytodyne. I tried diffrent kinds and found their's to be the best.
I take around 4g of tribulus a day year-round whether I am on cycle or not.
ZMA i take strictly for the better sleep benefits it gives me.
zma helps with sleep? Ive been splitting up my dosage through out the day, taking three caps/day. Should i just take it before bed?

ZMA gave me the best sleep I've ever had, I could take 3 before bedtime and if I fell asleep in a dark alley while its pouring rain I'd probably still feel like I was sleeping in a nice goose feather bed![]()

before bed with no calcium containing foods near consumption
