I wouldn't waste the money on either. You could use that money for protein, creatine and other things.

You do understand that protein is made up of amino acids right? So when you supplement with protein powders or when you eat foods like meats your getting amino acids.

The only reason people take nitric products are purely for viens doesnt help strength or pump to much at all.

HMB I would disagree and actually say it does work but NOT for bulking I am using it right now while im cutting and it has preserved all of my LBM I dose 3 grams before lifting or cardio.

But the pure anticatabolic route is the only use I can see for it no real bulking potential for it.

Plus I can get it for 9 bucks for a month supply so its not to pricey!

yes i understand but do you get enough by meats and protein powder alone?
i also get glutamine from my aminos and protein but its not enough right?
somebody told me that glutamine is the most essential amino and i need atleast 10 g a day.i don't get that with bcaa's.is it the same with amino's

add up and see how many grams of protein your getting.you at least want 1 gram per pound of body weight. 11/2 to 2 grams if your trying to bulk or you are cutting your carbs.if you weigh over 200 pounds it is really hard to get the protein you need so protein powders are good way to up your protein intake

glutamine is the most abundant amino in the body. But you lose it quick and if you train really hard you definately need glutamine

Your body can generate glutamine on its own, its a non-essential amino acid, which means your body can synthesize glutamine on its own.
