    i heard it is illegal and come to think about it ive never seen it either so is this true?

    and is it beneficial since it helps with repairing tissue???

    Its not illegal, or atleast its readily available online and at retailers. Vitamink K helps with blood clotting and is essential in maintaining strong bones in the elderly, thats all I know.
