    B6 and B12??

    Just wondering if someone could tell me exactly what these vitamins do for you. I am currently taking them but i feel stupid not knowing why i should be taking them. I thought that one of them was supposed to help with appetite, but im not sure. Thanks fellas

    the b12 is supposed to help with the appetite, and give you energy too.
    Are you taking the injectable b12?

    sorry to hijack a little but i had a few ?'s on this same topic but i dont want to start a new one. Which is the one that aids in seretonin(sp?) production in the brain? Is the injectable b12 illegal and if not are their places on the net to get it. Not asking for a sorce or anything unless its ok to tell.

    Yeah, the injectable is better. The oral b12 doesnt absorb very well....plus the injectable is cheaper too.
    As far as side effects, i dont think there are any.
