eph dosage

just a quickie i have been doing reaseach into a ECA stack and a bit confused on the dosage....

20-30mgs eph
200mg caffine
300mg asprin

is this per day or per dose and to be taken 2-3 times daily.. as i collecting eph at some point and just wanted to know what dosage the eph tabs should be I.E. 8mg 12mg 30mg

any help with this would be great

not sure, but i take 30mg eph, 400mg caf, & 200mg asp.... works well for me

Thats the correct dosage right there, some would say dont even use the aspirin.
