according to the link above, the fda had no legal basis for banning ephedra, and the ban has been lifted. does anyone know who's selling it again?

The FDA still has to allow the use/manufacturing of ephedrine dietary products. The court judgement stated "for their sale of a dietary supplement containing 10 mg or less of ephedrine alkaloids per daily dose". So either way, the doseage per serving will be smaller.Here's the court documents...

I can buy it at any store in Canada, so it iis available at Canadian websites.

That's ephedrine hci...there's a big difference between that and ephedrine alkaloids.

No, you're right, it's ephedra (Ma Huang). They never proved what dosage was "dangerous", they went on speculation alone. I believe the final decision lies with the FDA now.

you can still buy it from many places but i doubt you will find it with out the Expectorant in it, other then

and im pretty sure that goes on file with the DEA .

Actually that's ephedrine and pseudoephedrine. Ephedrine is synthetic, ephedra comes from a plant
