i am starting my first cycle in may. i am 20 years old and just got through a cutting phase. My question is what supplements can i take that will keep fat gains to a minimal( even possible still keep losing fat) while i am bulking on my first cycle of test e.

My diet is perfect for a clean bulk at around 3700 kcals.
I know this is a broad question!!! but i definately dont wanna lose my abs on this bulking cycle.
A simple thermo would help....
Also, 3+days a week of low-intensity cardio will do wonders for you....
yea i have to cardio around 4-5 times a week to keep my fat down so that will be continued
You may want to reduce that to 'per week'... :D

If it works for you, and you can afford it, I see why not...
Capping your own supp's is much cheaper though.
yea thats true blown, i might look into cappin my own. IF you could hit me up with a good site to order the supps it would help.

I am a big proponent of Sesathin as well. It works as an anti fat gain agent, reduces VAT, helps cholesterol, and protects the liver as it is a strogn anti oxidant. Make sur eyou have the bases covered with a multi, fish oil, and some vitamin C, as well.
