I would still use a multi-vitamin, definitly one of if not the MOST important supp you should be taking.

Yea, I use One a Day's for men. Bought it at Costco GREAT DEAL! 250 count for 10.99 while it was on sale, I mean for almost a years supple for 12 bucks...cant beat that :)
