    Best PM protein

    Hey guys im about to order protein again and i was wondering what is your opinion on the best nighttime protein at a good price.

    yeah i know casein is the type of protein im looking for a brand. Isnt Pro Complex a blend of proteins. Is there any just straight casein.

    pro complex is a blend and is one of the best tasting ive ever used!!!

    Any cassien will be really thick and gritty but ya gotta man up
