Ok heres the deal, i started a new workout aboiur 4 weeks ago n am seeing good gains in strength. i wanted to start some creatine n no2 but was wondering if i shoud wait untill i plateu. Each week i feel im getting stronger nd stronger, so my theory is if i take creatine now i wont be getting the full effect because i can still get tronger without it, so should i wait untill i stop increasing strength as rapid as i am now so it takes me above n beyond wat i can achieve naturally? basically taking full advantage if its strengthing benefits
