CLA vs Sesathin?
Trying to do some reading regarding the difference between Cla vs Sesathin administration for fat loss. I cannot seem to understand the difference and methods of operation.
Since Sesathin contains Sesamin (sesame oil), why wouldn't supplementing with plain Udo's oil blend (contains sesame oil) have the same reaction on the body?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of
Cla vs Sesathin vs "Oil Blend" containing sesame oil?
Just trying to understand and cannot seem to figure it out.
Thanks!!

CLA has been shown through my experience, as well as others i know of, to not be very effective at lipolysis.

SesaThin is not Sesame seed oil. Its a Lingan that is extracted from Sesame Seeds. Try typing in Sesamin in pubmed.com and see what you find.
