time of day of supplementation increasing results?
I've heard that when supplementing with creatine, it should never be taken within 1 hour of a dose of protein powder. Is this just to increase absorption of both, or does one have negative effects on the other?

Where did you hear that? I take my creatine pwo right before my pwo shake.

no doesnt matter most take pre workout for an increased pump
some take after w/o as well.

the whole glutamine/creatine transport thing is bs as well, fighting for the same transporters, I dont know who came up with this shit.
