Hey I know creatine can make you break out like mad, does CEE have the same effect? I know its supposed to not hold as much water... any input on this shiaat

Ive never had breakouts while on creatine, I dont even think that's a listed side effect in the studies ive read.

didn't notice anything while on VPX's CEE either.

i don't know about that acne on creatine, but cee is suppose to not cause water weight gaing( or as much)

CEE is a great supplement, you will gain strength as well as lean mass and you will hold little to no water. as far as breaking out, there are no published studies linking creatine intake and increased acne. I dont know where you heard that from- but if you are thinking about CEE i would def recommend it: either by itself or during PCT.
