ECA during cardio - but lifting?

I take an eca before cardio in the morning, but is it ok to take one in the evening just before lifting? Any CNS issues?

Yes, thats what I was wondering - my heart is already pumping hard during / right after a good set. My mom's side of the fam has a history of heart probs, but I've always been fine. I have been taking one before cardio with no problems. So is it ok to work out on an eca?
