On the Dymatize Xpand tub, it says taht the recommended dosage is one serving 30 mins pre workout and one serving 15-45 mins post workout.
I have read on some web sites and in these forums that the two doses should be spread out 6-8 hrs apart with one dose being 30 mins pre-workout and the other dose being either 6-8 after the first dose or before the first dose.
Which dose is correct for optimum benefits?
