    Optimum Nutrition

    I was wondering if anyone takes Optimum Nutrition's protein mix? Or if anyone knows if it is a quality protein?

    iv'e been using it for a year now and its the best brand i ever used. beware that it dosen't have alot of carbs though.

    thats good cuz i love the stuff. mixes great, tastes great and like 23g per scoop. only reason i was curious was someone i know told me it was garbage and mostly concentrate.

    man I am lactose intollerant or almost, I cant drink milk. optimum on is the protein I use and I dont have a problem with it. so I say it is the good shiet
