Protien Help !

i wanna order a customized protien from T R U E PROTIEN . C O M ppl i know some of u guys have ordered from them before just looking for whats the best combination with percentages , and what are the essentials to have in your protien , since they have a lot of stuff to put in , some i am just nto sure about the percentage , any help would be great , thx !

and if you order by them do they create a label saying how much protein,carbs,etc are in a serving

COME ON , GUYS , DEVILS DIETY , NSA , PROLANGTUM , ETC ETC .... i know u guys ordered customized protien from those guys ............. need some help here !
