caffeine question

i am making a preworkout drink and am adding caffeine. i have access to Sigma brand Caffeine Anhydrous.

This is OK for ingestion isn't it?

well, it looks like thats what other companies sell, so just b/c its a research chem from sigma, it looks like it will still be OK (just a little worried b/c it says it will cause death if inhaled or ingested on the side of the bottle)

Yeah its fine. Thats what alot powdered caffeine products are.
