R-ala Q
I have been using R-ala at about 400mg/a day .. i have low BF and i am trying to gain llean muscle... am i using this correctly?
100mg morning
200 before meal and then gym
100 before bed..?

You must take it with Biotin for it to be most effective. And you should take it 10-20 minutes before a meal containing alot of carbs, not at set points in the day.
